Data processing addenda
When 91¶¶Òõ processes personal data on behalf of a customer, our Data Processing Addendum is incorporated into and forms part of the agreement between the Customer and 91¶¶Òõ Limited. It applies automatically and does not need to be signed separately. Use the addendum that matches where your locations and data subjects are; if you operate in both regions, both apply.

Security and sub-processors
Our technical and organisational security measures, certifications and the current list of sub-processors are maintained at the 91¶¶Òõ Trust Center. Customers who register an email address for notifications are told in advance of any new or replacement sub-processor, as set out in each Data Processing Addendum.
Versions and signed copies
Each data processing addendum carries a version number and a version history. The version in effect when you entered into your agreement with 91¶¶Òõ continues to apply to that agreement until you renew or agree to a newer version. Published versions are listed below; previous versions are available on request.
